Warranty Policy

G-TEL Enterprises, Inc. - Payphone.com warrants all products sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period specified on the product information page. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. G-TEL shall, at its option, repair or replace products or parts found to be defective within the warranty period. All return shipments are made F.O.B. G-TEL warehouse, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the telephone owner.

This warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, adjusted, vandalized, neglected, abused, improperly operated, or improperly maintained. G-TEL’s liability under this or any other warranty, whether expressed or implied, is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective materials or workmanship. In no event shall G-TEL be liable for consequential or indirect damages, including freight or other related charges.

Disclaimer

G-TEL coin phones are designed with dual functionality, operating both as standard telephones and coin-operated telephones. Responsibility for the type of use, rates, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations shall remain solely with the telephone owner.

Returns

All returns must be pre-approved and made within 30 days of purchase. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges. As-is items and special-order products are non-returnable. All returned merchandise must be in new condition.

Repairs

If a phone must be returned for repair, please include a note containing your name, company name, complete address, contact phone number, and a detailed description of the service issue.
