ST-3500 Swivel/Anti-Suicide

The G-Tel ST-3500 phone utilizes a short handset cord attached to a swivel to minimize the risk of hanging or suicide. The ST-3500’s anti-suicide top exit cord, used in high-risk facilities, dramatically reduces the risk of an inmate or patient using the handset as a weapon to harm themselves or others. May meet anti-ligature requirements. Mounts directly to the wall, Tamper Resistant, and Low Maintenance. This phone is ideal for Jails, Prisons, Psychiatric wards, Hospitals, and locations where anti suicide, durability, and vandal resistance are extremely important.

We have bought CT-3500 G-Tel phones in the past, so we have the wall mount in place. Will the ST-3500 phone attach to the CT-3500 wall mount, or would the wall mount have to be replaced?

Hello, yes we designed the phones to interchange backplates so it would be the same fit.

Hello, you would need an ATA adapter to convert the VOIP line to an Analog line.
