Western 32C Board
The 32C is a "dumb" (non-COCOT) circuit board manufactured by Elcotel for Western Electric/AT&T 1D2 payphones. It is considered the last of the original 1D series of boards, with manufacturing lasting until roughly 1989-1994
Unlike smart boards, the 32C has the ability to operate on a standard analog phone line and will function as a normal phone with no programming required.
