Does the Elcotel keypad assembly have a 17 pin connector?

Is this Elcotel keypad assembly complete with the hook switch, hand-set connections, and phone jack connector or terminals, and ringer or speaker connection points so that I can operate my old pay phone on my home system? My telephone has left hand coin return door and the handset cable is on the right side
