If the L31 enclosure is ordered without a mounting kit, can it be mounted to the outside of a building?

If this is an outdoor enclosure, how is the floor mount installed into the ground? I plan to place it outside on a concrete patio but do not see how it will not just fall over?
May 24, 2024, 01:56 PMThe bottom has mounting points to secure to the floor surface. We do not include hardware to secure the pedestal to the floor.

I've got an old payphone that I would like to mount in your enclosure. The back mounting plate measures 7 in. wide by 17 in. long. Will it fit in your enclosure?
